DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE A GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET?
The All-Access Pass is required for all visitors to Grand Canyon West. It includes General Admission to the entire destination along with exclusive access to signature attractions and complimentary experiences that enhance your visit.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
Grand Canyon West is open every day of the year, including all major holidays, from 8:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. daily. Last tickets are sold at 5 p.m. from March to November and vary as days get longer or shorter going into and out of the summer. ARE RESERVATIONS REQUIRED?
If you are driving yourself to Grand Canyon West for the day, reservations are not required. Reservations are required for overnight stays (to ensure availability), rafting excursions, and tours that include transportation to Grand Canyon West. IF I DRIVE TO GRAND CANYON WEST WITHOUT MAKING A RESERVATION, WILL I BE TURNED AWAY?
No, we do not limit the number of visitors to Grand Canyon West. However, the last tickets are printed approx one hour prior to closing. Explore ticket options, including bundled savings opportunities.
CAN I BUY TICKETS ON-SITE?
Yes, All-Access Pass tickets and packages for Grand Canyon West are available for purchase on-site. However, please note that some attractions have limited availability, so we recommend arriving early to make the most of your visit.
For the best experience, we highly encourage advance reservations for package options such as helicopter and airplane tours. These experiences are popular and often sell out. If not reserved in advance, we cannot guarantee availability on the day of your arrival.
HOW LONG SHOULD I PLAN ON BEING AT GRAND CANYON WEST?

DOES THE PRICE OF ADMISSION VARY?
All-Access Pass and package prices may vary depending on your selected visit date and are subject to change without notice.
Your ticket purchase directly supports the Hualapai Tribe Nation, a sovereign Indigenous nation that receives no federal funding. Proceeds help sustain the Indigenous peoples who call the Hualapai Native American Reservation home, preserving their culture, community, and way of life.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Tickets may be canceled by the purchaser without penalty up to 48 hours before the selected visit date by logging into their account. Cancellation or refund requests made within 48 hours of the visit date will not be accepted. NOTE: Some packages or experience tickets policies may vary.
Guests may change the selected visit date one time only, up to 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled date, through their user login.
Tickets are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and are not transferable. They are for individual use only and may not be resold. Any attempt to resell tickets may result in penalties.
Promotions and discounts cannot be combined. Prices are subject to change without notice. All tours and products are subject to applicable tribal taxes and fees, which are also subject to change.
Grand Canyon West is proudly operated by the Hualapai Tribe. The Tribe reserves the right to refuse entry at its discretion. Proceeds from ticket sales directly support the Hualapai Nation and help sustain its Indigenous community—without reliance on federal funding.

IS THE MAIN TERMINAL ACCESSIBLE?
The Main Terminal is accessible.
DOES SKYWALK HAVE ANY ELEVATORS?
The Skywalk Terminal offers an elevator for access to the Skywalk, photo area, and gift shop on the second floor and Sky View Restaurant on the third floor.
SHUTTLE BUS
Our complimentary hop-on/hop-off shuttle bus can accommodate walkers and motorized or manual wheelchairs.
RESTROOMS
Each restroom has a handicapped-accessible stall.
RAMPS
Ramps are provided to access the restaurant, shop, gallery and vending machines at Hualapai Point.
PAVED PATHWAYS
Most of the locations near the edge of the Grand Canyon will not have paved pathways; however, paved pathways can be found around Eagle Point. A few areas are also accessible at Guano Point, but be aware the path to the tram and Highpoint Hike is a dirt road, so proceed with caution.

IS THERE AN ADDRESS I CAN PUT INTO MY GPS?
Grand Canyon West does not have a Postal Address. Most GPS systems will identify the Location by entering either “Grand Canyon West” or “Grand Canyon West Airport.” If the GPS tries to take you to Peach Springs then try updating your system. WHERE IS THE NEAREST GAS STATION TO GRAND CANYON WEST?
There are 3 gas stations on Highway 93 coming from Vegas. There is a Chevron on the corner of Pierce Ferry Road and 93. There is a Gas Station in Dolan Springs on Pierce Ferry Road and a Chevron Station on Pierce Ferry Road about ½ mile north of Stockton Hill Road. You can also purchase gas at Grand Canyon West in an emergency. Simply ask at one of the Gift Shops.
WHERE IS THE NEAREST ACCOMMODATIONS TO GRAND CANYON WEST?
Guests can extend their adventure by booking an overnight stay at the Cabins at Grand Canyon West. These western-style cabins offer stunning views overlooking the Canyon. Cabin guests also enjoy an exclusive discount on the Grand Canyon West All Access Pass.
For those traveling by RV, overnight parking is available at the Hualapai Welcome Center for $22 per night. Parking passes can be purchased at the Ticket Terminal or directly from security for after-hours arrivals. Please note that RV parking is dry (no water or sewer hookups) and limited to a maximum stay of three nights.

HOW FAR IS LAS VEGAS TO THE GRAND CANYON WEST RIM?
The nearest major commercial airport is Harry Heid International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada. Las If you are traveling to Grand Canyon West rim from Las Vegas, NV, you can get here in a 30-minute helicopter flight or approximately 2 hours driving in a vehicle. If you are traveling from Las Vegas to the Hualapai River Runners for a whitewater rafting trip, prepare for a 2 1/2-hour drive to the Hualapai Lodge in Peach Springs, Arizona.
HOW FAR IS THE GRAND CANYON WEST RIM FROM PHOENIX?

Las If you are traveling to Grand Canyon West rim from Phoenix, AZ, you can get here by vehicle in 4 ½ hours. If you are traveling from Phoenix to the Hualapai River Runners for a whitewater rafting trip, prepare for about a 3 ½ hour drive to the Hualapai Lodge in Peach Springs, Arizona.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION?
Grand Canyon West is open daily from 8 am until sundown, with the last entry at 6:00 pm from mid-March through October, and 5:00 pm from November to March. Guests are not able to enter the West Rim after the last entry time.

IS GRAND CANYON WEST PART OF THE NATIONAL PARK?

ARE NATIONAL PARK PASSES ACCEPTED?
No. Grand Canyon West is an enterprise of the Hualapai Tribe and is not affiliated with Grand Canyon National Park. The National Park is located five hours away on the South Rim in the northwest corner of Arizona, close to the borders of Utah and Nevada. ARE PETS ALLOWED AT GRAND CANYON WEST?
Pets are not permitted on tours or allowed to be left unattended in parked vehicles. Climate-controlled pet accommodations are available at Hualapai Point for a fee. Please note that emotional support animals are not permitted on tours; however, ADA-certified and trained service animals are welcome
For overnight guests, pets are allowed in the Cabins at Grand Canyon West. Guests must notify us in advance if they are traveling with a pet to ensure placement in a pet-friendly room.
WHAT TRANSPORTATION IS AVAILABLE?

WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE AT GRAND CANYON WEST?
The weather varies dependent on season. Check “Peach Springs” on your weather app for accuracy and always check the weather report prior to traveling to Grand Canyon West.
IS THERE HIKING?
There is a moderate hike at Guano Point called Highpoint Hike, offering a beautiful panoramic view of the Canyon and Colorado River. There is also an easy hike down to the edge of the Canyon where visitors can see the remnants of an old guano mine.
At Hualapai Point, guests will find two additional hiking trails. To access the trails at Hualapai Point, guests must have an All Access Pass or be an overnight guest in our cabins.

IS THERE A GIFT SHOP?
The Grand Canyon West Terminal, Skywalk, Eagle Point, and Hualapai Point each offer gift shops where you can purchase Grand Canyon West and Skywalk memorabilia. WILL I HAVE TO WALK A LOT?
You will not have to do a lot of walking unless you choose to participate in the hiking options. There are many areas where you can sit down at each point of interest and the Hop-On, Hop-Off shuttle can transport you between points quickly. ARE THRE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON ACTIVITES OFFERED AT HUALAPAI POINT?
To ride the Zipline, guests must be at least 4 feet tall and weigh between 90 and 275 pounds. Riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their legal guardian, who must also participate in the ride.
CAN I SCATTER ASHES AT GRAND CANYON WEST?
No. The scattering of human remains is prohibited anywhere at Grand Canyon West, including Guano Point and Eagle Point.
Grand Canyon West Rim
WHERE IS THE GRAND CANYON?
The Grand Canyon is entirely located in Arizona, situated in the northwest corner closest to the borders of Utah and Nevada. Grand Canyon West is located on the West Rim on the Hualapai Tribe’s tribal lands and not in the National Park, which is located on the South Rim.
HOW WAS THE GRAND CANYON FORMED?
Scientists say the mighty Colorado River cut a channel through layers of rock 5 to 6 million years ago, creating the mile-deep gorge known as the Grand Canyon. The Hualapai Tribe’s oral history tells of a different beginning when a big ice comet landed in Colorado. After millions of years, the comet melted and the water rushed through the rocks carving the Grand Canyon. A giant eagle soared the skies before the flooding started, and swooped down to save the Hualapai people, flying the Hualapai on his back and depositing the tribespeople along the ledge of the west rim when the flooding stopped. The eagle itself turned into stone, where it remains to this day.

DO YOU HAVE DINING OPTIONS?
Yes, there are multiple dining options available at Grand Canyon West. Food is available for purchase at each of the main points — Eagle Point, Guano Point, and Hualapai Point — as well as at the Grand Canyon West Terminal. Visitors can enjoy a variety of meals ranging from quick bites to sit-down dining, with options that include American cuisine, barbecue favorites, and traditional Hualapai dishes.
CAN I BRING FOOD AND BEVERAGES TO GRAND CANYON WEST?

Skywalk
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO GO ON THE SKYWALK AT GRAND CANYON WEST?
Access to the Skywalk is included with the purchase of the All Access Pass at Grand Canyon West. There is no additional fee to visit the Skywalk once you have the pass.
I WANT TO DRIVE MY OWN CAR TO THE SKYWALK. DO WE HAVE TO USE THE HOP-ON HOP-OFF SHUTTLE?
Transportation by private vehicle is not permitted at Grand Canyon West. We provide parking for your vehicle and complimentary Hop-On, Hop-Off shuttle service to take you from point to point.
CAN CHILDREN WALK ON THE SKYWALK?
Yes, children are welcome on the Skywalk. If a child is able to walk on their own, they can walk across the Skywalk. Children who are not yet able to walk may be carried by an adult. Please note that strollers are not permitted on the Skywalk.
CAN I TAKE MY CELL PHONE/CAMERA ON THE SKYWALK?
Cell phones are permitted on the Skywalk, but please take selfies at your own risk. The Skywalk is not responsible for any damage to or loss of your phone. For your safety, do not extend your arm over the railing when taking photos.
Please note that personal items such as cameras, purses, backpacks, and similar belongings are not allowed on the Glass Bridge. Complimentary lockers are provided to safely store your items during your visit.
HOW DO I GET PICTURES OF ME ON THE SKYWALK?
If you visited Skywalk and had professional photos taken of you and your family or friends (or have trouble downloading your photos), you can retrieve the photographs by emailing skywalkphoto@grandcanyonresort.com with the following information:

DO I HAVE TO GET MY PICTURE TAKEN BY YOUR PHOTOGRAPHERS?

Zipline
IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT?
Yes, guests must weigh between 90 and 275 pounds to ride the Zipline. Learn more about the Zipline.
WHAT IS THE ZIPLINE CANCELLATION POLICY?
The Zipline at Grand Canyon West has a no-cancellation policy. All sales are final and non-refundable. Your ticket is good for the date purchased. In the event that The Zipline at Grand Canyon West cancels operations due to weather, our weather policy will prevail. Learn more about the Zipline.
WHAT IS THE ZIPLINE WEATHER POLICY?
The Zipline at Grand Canyon West will suspend operations in inclement weather. In the event of weather-related cancellations made by The Zipline at Grand Canyon West guests will be issued a refund or a 30-day rain check good for the full value of the reservation.
